What is the duration of the program?
This one week program includes seven days and six luxurious nights.
What is the cost of the program ?
The one week program costs $2550. This includes your lodging, all deluxe meals, trail walks and all other specifics that are part of this naturopathic perimenopausal- menopausal/ weight loss retreat.
What else do I get for my money?

The program is focused on women, ages 40-60, who would like to lose weight and learn more about perimenopause and menopause. Candidacy for the program will be based on the initial assessment.
What happens after the program?
At the end of the program individual follow up plans are given and participants are given the option of signing up for 20 min biweekly accountability check ins until they are no longer needed.
