My approach to sustainable and healthy weightloss. Being overweight is such an interesting thing. Weight can affect us, especially as women in areas we hadn’t imagined. Our self esteem, our mood, our life outlook. For me these are the ways that being overweight affected me. I was less able to run, jump, move and use my body the way that I wanted to. I spent a lot of time HIDING. I wanted to be free. My goal is to help bring that freedom either through my e- book, workshops or by working with you one-on-one.

I have been there and created a process so you don’t have to go through the years of yo-yo dieting that I went through. You don’t need to experiment and gain and lose and try everything for years and years like I did. I finally discovered what works. Save time. Take my mentorship and save time and suffering.
This is the short cut…the fast track…the quicker way to the end result for you. I know because I have gone through it and I want to save you the pain and suffering that I went through.

What is the cost of the program?
The 6 week program will cost $600 in total. In order to take part in the 6 week program participants will first have to have a one-on-one initial appointment where a history taking and assessment will take place
Will this program be covered by my insurance plan?
Many insurance plans do cover Naturopathic Medicine and hence they may cover all or part of this program or your one on one appointments. You can check with your insurance provider and ask if they cover Naturopathic Medicine, the period of your coverage.
Can anyone join the program?
The program is focused on women, ages 30-60, who would like to lose between 30-60 pounds. Candidacy for the program will be based on the initial assessment.
What if I miss a day?
Because the 6 week program is created to build on each week in a step-by- step method, attending each week is key. If you can not make a date please contact me at least 24 hours prior to the program time in order to avoid a missed appointment fee.
Can I invite a friend?
One of the ways I found to be very effective for healthy and sustainable weight loss was through the buddy system. Having a work-out buddy and someone I could talk to about nutrition and the things that I was trying was integral to my permanent weight loss. So if there is someone who you would like to invite to go on this journey with you, who also has the same goals as you definitely invite them to sign up as well.
What happens after the program?
At the end of the program individual follow up plans are given and participants are given the option of signing up for 20 min biweekly accountability check ins until they are no longer needed. A video program regarding keys for weight loss will also be available if participants would like to continue to learn about permanent and healthy weight loss.
